Last updated: 23 October 2026. This notice explains how Livestreaming Link handles information sent through the website, who receives it and how long it is intended to be kept.
1. Who is responsible?
Livestreaming Link is a UK-focused streaming information website operated under the business name Live Streaming Link. The operator determines how information submitted through this site is used and acts as data controller for its own enquiries. Business correspondence address: Shuttle St, Paisley PA1 1YD, United Kingdom. Privacy and rights contact: hello@livestreaminglink.co.uk.
2. What information do we collect?
- Enquiries: topic, name and email address (required); device, telephone number and message (optional), and the record of a privacy-notice acknowledgement.
- Enquiry source: a short label identifying the website page or campaign link that led to the form, when supplied. We do not use this label as a cross-site advertising identifier.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and connection information may be processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare when you visit the website and by Formspree when you submit an enquiry, for service delivery, security and spam prevention.
- Correspondence: messages and replies if you contact us by email or continue a conversation after submitting the form.
Please do not send passwords, bank-card details, sensitive health information or identification documents through our enquiry form.
3. Why we use information, and our legal grounds
- Answering enquiries: to read your question, respond and follow up on the matter you asked about. Our proposed lawful basis is legitimate interests in answering requests voluntarily sent to us (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); where an enquiry takes steps towards a contract with the operator, Article 6(1)(b) may instead be relevant.
- Running and protecting the website: to maintain site reliability, stop abuse and secure submitted messages. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), with legally required security measures where applicable.
- Understanding enquiry sources: to learn which of our own pages prompt useful questions and improve site content. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). No advertising profile is created from this short label.
- Legal records: to handle rights requests or meet applicable legal obligations, where required (Article 6(1)(c) and/or 6(1)(f), as appropriate).
We do not automatically enrol enquiry senders into marketing newsletters. Submitting an enquiry or acknowledging this notice is not consent to unrelated marketing. Any future marketing sign-up will require its own valid basis and, where necessary, a separate opt-in.
4. How enquiries reach us
When you submit the online enquiry form, your browser sends the entered information to Formspree using our Professional plan. Formspree screens and stores the submission and notifies the operator-controlled Gmail inbox. Direct messages to our published email address may pass through Cloudflare Email Routing. We review submissions to respond to your enquiry; the website itself does not run a separate lead database.
5. Service providers and disclosure
- Cloudflare: website delivery, security and technical request processing. Cloudflare privacy information.
- Formspree: collection, spam screening, retention and notification of enquiries on our behalf. Formspree security information.
- Email services: Formspree notifications are delivered to an operator-controlled Gmail inbox provided by Google. Direct emails to our published address may be forwarded using Cloudflare Email Routing. Copies received in either inbox are included in our operator-managed 30-day deletion process, subject to any legal retention requirement.
We do not routinely sell enquiry details or automatically transfer them to recommended streaming providers or sponsors. If you ask for contact with another provider, we will explain the recipient and purpose before sharing personal contact details with them.
6. Processing outside the UK
Formspree states that its services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States and that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses in relation to international data transfers. Submissions may therefore be processed outside the UK. The site operator must verify that its arrangement has the appropriate UK transfer safeguard (such as the relevant UK Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement, where required) and review Formspree's data-processing terms. You can request details through our privacy contact address.
7. How long we keep enquiries
Our 30-day enquiry policy: We keep standard enquiries for no longer than 30 calendar days from submission. Within that period, the operator will delete the submitted form details from the Formspree dashboard, the notification emails in the receiving Gmail inbox (including any forwarded or downloaded copies controlled by us), and any unneeded copies of the original enquiry in our correspondence systems. We delete spam sooner where practicable. This is a policy that we operate and review, not an automatic feature guaranteed by our website.
Exceptions and provider records: If a specific record must be kept longer to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we may retain only the minimum necessary information for the justified period. Where possible, we separate such material from routine enquiries. Our use of Formspree Professional does not itself cause submissions to be erased after 30 days. Formspree and email providers may also retain backups, abuse-prevention information or service logs under their own policies; removing our dashboard and email copies does not promise immediate deletion from all provider systems. You may contact us to request deletion earlier, subject to your legal rights and relevant exceptions.
8. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain uses, or exercise other rights under UK data-protection law. In particular, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@livestreaminglink.co.uk and tell us what you need. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
9. Is information required?
Name, email address and enquiry topic are required if you want to use the online form so we can understand and answer your request. Device, phone number and message are optional. You can instead email us directly. We do not use this form for decisions based solely on automated profiling that have legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The static website code does not currently install third-party advertising pixels, analytics cookies or persistent browser storage. Cloudflare security features and Formspree anti-abuse systems may process technical data or use essential challenge mechanisms where triggered. See our cookie notice for details and review it again if we activate new measurement, advertising or embed tools.
11. Changes
We will update this notice when the services we use or our handling of information changes. The date at the top identifies this edition.
